I learned two things today.
Firstly I learned that you need to be careful what you have selected when you click delete. If you want to delete a rug, select the rug. Not the house the rug is in.
Secondly, I learned that you can lock stuff so that you can't delete it. Good info to have, but a smidgin after it would have been most useful. How I wish I'd been told that titbit sooner. But now I know. Thank you, Alicia.
Oh, and in other news, the stoopid chickens aren't feeding. They have a day. Otherwise the foolish feathered freaks will starve. Eejuts.

Deleting one's home is a sort of right of passage in SL. Congrats.
ReplyDeleteI've been there...I've done that too. *Smiles* I think I was messing with a picture frame on the wall. Opps.
ReplyDeleteAnd one of you will have to share the lock down secret with me incase I pick up and move my house again. Not planning on it for the four time but would be nice to learn just incase. Hee hee
:: Lolita ::
It is actually remarkably simple, Lolita. I'll show you next time I catch you inworld.
ReplyDeleteAnd Tym, does negotiating the rite of passage make me a man now or summat?
